How to run it
Train quick redirection by hitting both side targets in one flow.
- Start on 5, attack 1, then redirect across to 9.
- Keep each stop clean before changing direction again.
- Finish the combo back at 5 if space allows and repeat.
- Reset if the second change of direction pulls you tall or off balance.
