How to run it

Build short-change foot speed while keeping the dribble clean.

  1. Start centered on 5 with a steady dribble.
  2. Shift quickly to 3, stop under control, then return to 5.
  3. Keep the ball tight and your feet under your hips.
  4. Reset if your feet click together or the dribble floats across your body.
