How to run it
Build short-change foot speed while keeping the dribble clean.
- Start centered on 5 with a steady dribble.
- Shift quickly to 3, stop under control, then return to 5.
- Keep the ball tight and your feet under your hips.
- Reset if your feet click together or the dribble floats across your body.
