How to run it
Train balance and control by reaching without collapsing posture.
- Stand on one leg and keep a soft bend in the planted knee.
- Reach forward, sideways, and across your body with the free foot or hand.
- Return to balance after every touch before reaching again.
- Reset if the planted foot spins wildly or your chest drops too low.
