How to run it

Train balance and control by reaching without collapsing posture.

  1. Stand on one leg and keep a soft bend in the planted knee.
  2. Reach forward, sideways, and across your body with the free foot or hand.
  3. Return to balance after every touch before reaching again.
  4. Reset if the planted foot spins wildly or your chest drops too low.
