How to run it
Build clean behind-the-back control without spinning out of stance.
- Control
- Posture
- Eyes Up
- Start low with the ball on your strong-hand side.
- Send the ball behind your back and catch it outside your opposite foot.
- Keep your shoulders square and your feet quiet while the ball changes sides.
- Reset if your chest turns too far or the catch drifts behind you.
