How to run it

Build clean behind-the-back control without spinning out of stance.

  • Eyes Up
  1. Start low with the ball on your strong-hand side.
  2. Send the ball behind your back and catch it outside your opposite foot.
  3. Keep your shoulders square and your feet quiet while the ball changes sides.
  4. Reset if your chest turns too far or the catch drifts behind you.
