How to run it
Control the dribble while shifting from calm reps to sharp bursts.
- Control
- Posture
- Eyes Up
- Start with two calm pounds, then one faster attack pound.
- Repeat the rhythm without rising out of your stance.
- Keep the faster dribble under control instead of letting it float.
- Reset if the fast dribble becomes taller than the slow dribbles.
