How to run it

Control the dribble while shifting from calm reps to sharp bursts.

  1. Start with two calm pounds, then one faster attack pound.
  2. Repeat the rhythm without rising out of your stance.
  3. Keep the faster dribble under control instead of letting it float.
  4. Reset if the fast dribble becomes taller than the slow dribbles.
