How to run it
Train side-to-side movement without crossing your feet or losing posture.
- Start in a defensive stance with your weight centered.
- Slide two steps right, then two steps left without bringing your feet together.
- Keep your hips low and your shoulders level the whole time.
- Reset if your feet cross or your chest starts bouncing up and down.
