How to run it

Train side-to-side movement without crossing your feet or losing posture.

  1. Start in a defensive stance with your weight centered.
  2. Slide two steps right, then two steps left without bringing your feet together.
  3. Keep your hips low and your shoulders level the whole time.
  4. Reset if your feet cross or your chest starts bouncing up and down.
