How to run it
Train low-ball control and patience without letting the ball pop up.
- Control
- Posture
- Eyes Up
- Start low and bring the dribble down to just below knee height.
- Keep the ball low for the full interval while staying balanced.
- Switch hands halfway through if you want equal work on both sides.
- Reset if the ball rises above your knee or your heels rock back.
