How to run it

Train low-ball control and patience without letting the ball pop up.

  • Control
  • Posture
  • Eyes Up
  1. Start low and bring the dribble down to just below knee height.
  2. Keep the ball low for the full interval while staying balanced.
  3. Switch hands halfway through if you want equal work on both sides.
  4. Reset if the ball rises above your knee or your heels rock back.
