How to run it

Improve pocket control by moving the dribble slightly outside and back.

  1. Start with the ball on your strong-hand side.
  2. Tap the dribble slightly outside your pocket, then bring it back in.
  3. Keep the movement small and repeat for the full interval.
  4. Reset if the ball starts drifting too far in front or behind your foot.
