How to run it
Improve pocket control by moving the dribble slightly outside and back.
- Control
- Posture
- Eyes Up
- Start with the ball on your strong-hand side.
- Tap the dribble slightly outside your pocket, then bring it back in.
- Keep the movement small and repeat for the full interval.
- Reset if the ball starts drifting too far in front or behind your foot.
