How to run it

Keep the dribble strong while your feet stay active around the center.

  1. Start with a hard pound dribble at the center mark.
  2. Keep your feet moving quickly around the center without losing the pound rhythm.
  3. Stay low and keep the ball under one shoulder unless you switch on purpose.
  4. Reset if the feet outrun the dribble or the pound gets soft.
