How to run it
Keep the dribble strong while your feet stay active around the center.
- Start with a hard pound dribble at the center mark.
- Keep your feet moving quickly around the center without losing the pound rhythm.
- Stay low and keep the ball under one shoulder unless you switch on purpose.
- Reset if the feet outrun the dribble or the pound gets soft.
