How to run it
Build fast feet with short resets back to a strong athletic base.
- Start with quick feet in place for three seconds.
- Freeze into an athletic stance for one second before restarting.
- Repeat that rhythm until time runs out.
- Reset if your freeze position is tall or your feet stop under you.
