How to run it

Build fast feet with short resets back to a strong athletic base.

  1. Start with quick feet in place for three seconds.
  2. Freeze into an athletic stance for one second before restarting.
  3. Repeat that rhythm until time runs out.
  4. Reset if your freeze position is tall or your feet stop under you.
