How to run it

Train fast first-step reactions with simple verbal cues.

  1. Start in an athletic stance and listen for the next call.
  2. React to each cue with one quick step in that direction.
  3. Recover back to your ready stance before the next cue arrives.
  4. Reset if your first step crosses over or your balance breaks on the return.
