How to run it
Train hand speed and ball feel while removing lower-body movement.
- Control
- Posture
- Eyes Up
- Sit tall on a chair or bench with both feet planted.
- Pound the ball with one hand at a controlled height beside your hip.
- Switch hands halfway through while keeping the same rhythm.
- Reset if the ball drifts too far forward or your seated posture collapses.
