How to run it

Train hand speed and ball feel while removing lower-body movement.

  1. Sit tall on a chair or bench with both feet planted.
  2. Pound the ball with one hand at a controlled height beside your hip.
  3. Switch hands halfway through while keeping the same rhythm.
  4. Reset if the ball drifts too far forward or your seated posture collapses.
