How to run it

Practice sharp stops and body control after quick acceleration.

  1. Start in a ready stance with a few feet of space in front of you.
  2. Sprint two to three quick steps, then stop under balance.
  3. Hold the stop for one beat before resetting to start again.
  4. Reset if your stop needs extra hopping or your chest falls forward.
