How to run it
Practice sharp stops and body control after quick acceleration.
- Start in a ready stance with a few feet of space in front of you.
- Sprint two to three quick steps, then stop under balance.
- Hold the stop for one beat before resetting to start again.
- Reset if your stop needs extra hopping or your chest falls forward.
