How to run it

Stack simple weak-hand reps until the off hand feels steady and confident.

  1. Use only your weak hand for the full minute.
  2. Start with controlled pounds, then add two low dribbles and one reset dribble.
  3. Keep your off shoulder down and your stance wide enough to stay balanced.
  4. Reset any time the dribble drifts across your body or gets too high.
