How to run it

Mirror the beginner control pattern on the opposite side.

  1. Start on 5 and attack to 9 with one clean dribble move.
  2. Stop on 9 without letting your shoulders drift outside your base.
  3. Return to 5 and repeat until the set ends.
  4. Reset if your stop becomes a hop or the ball gets too far from your hip.
