How to run it
Mirror the beginner control pattern on the opposite side.
- Start on 5 and attack to 9 with one clean dribble move.
- Stop on 9 without letting your shoulders drift outside your base.
- Return to 5 and repeat until the set ends.
- Reset if your stop becomes a hop or the ball gets too far from your hip.
