How to run it

Improve coordination, control, rhythm, and smooth transitions between movements.

  • Keep the ball close to your body.
  • Stay low and balanced.
  • Use fingertips, not palms.
  • Move smoothly between each section.
  • Focus on control before speed.
  1. Start with Around the Waist.
  2. Transition to Around the Legs.
  3. Move into Figure 8 with no dribble.
  4. Repeat the flow continuously for the full duration.
