- Stay low and balanced.
- Use fingertips, not palms.
- Move smoothly between each section.
- Focus on control before speed.
- Start with Around the Waist.
- Transition to Around the Legs.
- Move into Figure 8 with no dribble.
- Repeat the flow continuously for the full duration.
