How to run it
Build control while changing direction without losing your dribble.
- Control
- Posture
- Eyes Up
- Start in stance and keep the ball centered between your feet.
- Push the ball from right to left with clean crossovers at a steady rhythm.
- Catch the ball on the outside of each foot before sending it back.
- Reset if the ball starts floating high or your feet stop working.
