How to run it

Build control while changing direction without losing your dribble.

  • Eyes Up
  1. Start in stance and keep the ball centered between your feet.
  2. Push the ball from right to left with clean crossovers at a steady rhythm.
  3. Catch the ball on the outside of each foot before sending it back.
  4. Reset if the ball starts floating high or your feet stop working.
