How to run it
Keep the ball under control while your eyes stay off the floor.
- Control
- Posture
- Eyes Up
- Start with controlled pounds using your preferred hand.
- Pick a point in front of you and keep your eyes there for the whole set.
- Switch hands halfway through without dropping your gaze.
- Reset if you need to look down to find the ball again.
