How to run it

Keep the ball under control while your eyes stay off the floor.

  • Eyes Up
  1. Start with controlled pounds using your preferred hand.
  2. Pick a point in front of you and keep your eyes there for the whole set.
  3. Switch hands halfway through without dropping your gaze.
  4. Reset if you need to look down to find the ball again.
