How to run it

Build left-hand confidence with simple low pounds you can keep clean.

  1. Start in stance with the ball outside your left foot.
  2. Pound the ball with your left hand and keep your right hand active for balance.
  3. Stay low through your hips and keep your chest tall.
  4. Reset if your left shoulder opens too wide or the ball gets too high.
