How to run it
Build left-hand confidence with simple low pounds you can keep clean.
- Control
- Posture
- Eyes Up
- Start in stance with the ball outside your left foot.
- Pound the ball with your left hand and keep your right hand active for balance.
- Stay low through your hips and keep your chest tall.
- Reset if your left shoulder opens too wide or the ball gets too high.
