How to run it

Lock in right-hand control with clean, low pounds and no body sway.

  1. Start low with the ball in your right hand and your left hand guarding space.
  2. Pound the ball slightly outside your right foot for the full interval.
  3. Keep your shoulders quiet and your weight centered.
  4. Reset if the dribble crosses your body or you lose the outside angle.
