How to run it
Lock in right-hand control with clean, low pounds and no body sway.
- Control
- Posture
- Eyes Up
- Start low with the ball in your right hand and your left hand guarding space.
- Pound the ball slightly outside your right foot for the full interval.
- Keep your shoulders quiet and your weight centered.
- Reset if the dribble crosses your body or you lose the outside angle.
