How to run it
Build a strong, repeatable pound dribble without drifting out of stance.
- Control
- Posture
- Eyes Up
- Start in an athletic stance with feet just outside shoulder width.
- Pound the ball at hip height with your strong hand for the full time.
- Keep your chest up and your off hand ready to protect the ball.
- Reset if the ball starts floating above your hip or your stance rises.
