How to run it

Build a strong, repeatable pound dribble without drifting out of stance.

  • Eyes Up
  1. Start in an athletic stance with feet just outside shoulder width.
  2. Pound the ball at hip height with your strong hand for the full time.
  3. Keep your chest up and your off hand ready to protect the ball.
  4. Reset if the ball starts floating above your hip or your stance rises.
